About
the establishment
In
1975, Abdulaziz bin Saud Aldawood established the Alwadyah foundation before
the establishment of Abdulaziz Aldawood International Group. It practiced two
different businesses in the retail sector (libraries/clothing/catering) and
the second business was the construction sector. In 1979 was the officially
establishing, several maintenances and hygiene projects were implemented in
vital destinations such as Airports and Saudi Arabian Airlines. Projects and
contracts have continued since then. The business
expanded to the area of ​​taxis in 1984, which was known at that time as a
limousine. Aldawood Group was the second Company registered with the Ministry
of Transport and service, followed by car rental business in 1987.
The construction
business continues to be the core business of the Group and this has been
reflected in the long experience that has been extended for more than 40 years.
Now the company has become under the name of Deem Union for Contracting.
